Frank has more than 25 years of experience in helping classified web sites increase revenue and traffic, as well as in relationship management, sales training and creating award-winning sales collateral and messaging, especially in online recruitment.
Prior to joining Adicio, Minano held a number of sales, training and product management roles over the past 10 years at the Orange County Register/ Freedom Communications. Formerly, Minano served as Classified Advertising Director at the Los Angeles Newspaper Group and as Recruitment Sales Manager for the San Diego Union-Tribune. He also spent many years as Recruitment Advertising Category Manager for the Los Angeles Times.

Minano earned his MBA from the University of LaVerne and his bachelor’s degree from the University of California - Irvine.
