New Job Board Networks For Veterans and Disabled
Carlsbad, CA (December 6, 2012) – Job board software leader Adicio Inc. has announced the launch of two new CareerCast Niche Networks, the CareerCast Veterans Network and the CareerCast Disability Network. These additions bring the total to nine CareerCast networks that each target a unique audience of job seekers.
The CareerCast.com niche networks allow qualified job seekers to target their job search while giving recruiters valuable exposure to niche audiences.
“Our technology gives recruiters the best of both worlds – access to a niche site’s unique targeted audience, complemented by a national niche audience within the network,” says Rick Miller, CEO of Adicio.
Rob Barr, executive director of HireAHero.org, a CareerCast Veterans Network partner site, says, “With U.S. military participation in Afghanistan winding down, the number of service members coming home and looking for work is growing exponentially. The CareerCast Veterans Network gives us the opportunity to extend our job postings to a wider audience and get better results for our advertisers.”
Many of the job sites powered by Adicio find the niche networks to be a valuable addition for their employer clients. “It’s a simple and relatively easy upsell that generates significant new revenue for many of our clients,” says Miller.
Nancy Misken, advertising sales manager at Impremedia, says the sales opportunity with the CareerCast Niche Networks is outstanding. “We generated an extra $3,000 worth of revenue right away and now sell many times that each month.” See Nancy’s video comments.
The CareerCast Niche Networks have been embraced by many small to medium-sized publishers, thanks to a low cost and simple selling process. The network pricing structure gives each job site nine new product offerings with ample profit margins. Adicio also offers a sales incentive program to help sales teams generate enthusiasm to promote the networks to company recruiters.
Janet Fiore, CEO of Recruit Disability.com, a partner in the new Disability Niche Network, says, “Hiring people with disabilities is a good business move. People with disabilities are often highly motivated to contribute and they bring a new point of view to traditional problem solving.” She adds that new Federal regulations will also be a factor in helping companies realize the importance of hiring disabled candidates.
The CareerCast Niche Networks benefit from a constant flow of traffic from major-media publicity and partner site participation. The Niche Networks include:
- CareerCast Disability Network
- CareerCast Veterans Network
- CareerCast Diversity and Bilingual Network
- CareerCast Green Network
- CareerCast Energy Network
- CareerCast Trucking Network
- CareerCast Construction Network
- CareerCast Nursing Network
- CareerCast HealthCare Network
Adicio will be launching additional networks in the first quarter of 2013 and beyond.
