The Seattle Times is utilizing Adicio’s new community and amenity search options to create a new homes section where prospective buyers who are interested in new developments can easily narrow their search results. New home buyers can access builder information, as well as community details and amenities and extensive searching tools, to help them locate their dream home.

At the community/development level, buyers can search on 60+ amenities that are associated with all units, including amenities such as: swimming pool, gated/ security, tennis courts, housekeeping, dedicated covered parking and gym/fitness center.

Advertisers can take advantage of Featured Properties, Spotlight (targeted) ads, and Open House listings. Developers and builders can enhance their listings with Ad Enhancement options to make unique properties stand out or increase their visibility for their new homes or developments by participating in their Builder/Developer Directory.
