The new Real Estate Products and Packages Manager, along with additional platform enhancements, increase the client’s power and control to generate more revenue via e-commerce.


Adicio Real Estate clients can now manage their own real estate classified advertising products and packages as well as the sales of their products and packages from the easy-to-use Products and Packages Manager. This new feature, available in Adicio’s SiteManager 2, enables administrators to create products and packages to be sold via e-commerce or to be used for specific advertiser accounts. SiteManager 2 gives Adicio clients access to manage all of their advertisers accounts online in addition to more than 35 comprehensive, detailed reports that include information on all e-commerce transactions.

Site administrators can choose from a variety of options to highlight their products and packages including placing them on an ad-posting page, in a media kit, or on a special packages page. In addition, administrators can create packages of listings, upgrades or both. A package can consist of:

  • A group of listings offered for one price.
  • A group of upgrades offered for one price.
  • A combination of listings and upgrades such as 10 listings, 5 featured upgrades and 5 open house upgrades offered for one price.


Products and packages applied to accounts via SiteManager 2 are tracked in Adicio’s Product Sales Report. Every transaction funnels through Adicio’s self-service e-commerce system so Adicio Real Estate clients can quickly see the revenue they have collected via credit card or invoice transactions including external invoice transactions and actually gauge the success of their online efforts in real time.

Advertisers benefit from Adicio’s self-service e-commerce system as well. Advertisers can purchase listings, packages or upgrades online. They can also pre-pay for listings, upgrades or packages and then use them at a later date and bypass checkout.
