Adicio Real Estate clients can now offer home seekers accurate, valuable community content, that will allow them to make more well-informed decisions. Home seekers have the option of researching the factors that make up or influence, the communities in which they are interested. Powerful details like population growth and density, household size and households with children, housing stability including residential turnover, housing inventory and population demographics are included. In addition, home seekers gain insight into the communities that are likely to have higher quality schools through the analysis of the social and economic conditions of the community using the available education, employment and income statistics. Neighborhood Information also identifies crime and safety statistics, and allows the home seeker to compare those statistics to other communities, or the national average.

The Comparative Community feature enables users to compare the characteristics of two communities by population demographics, weather, income, crime and safety, and education statistics. The Cost of Living feature makes it possible to quickly compare the average cost of living between two desired communities.

In addition to the in-depth features of the basic version, Adicio real estate clients may also offer an enhanced version of Neighborhood Information that includes property sales transaction reports (home sales trends) as well as listings of and maps to nearby establishments, including local shopping, dining, attractions, and other services.
